This November, Manhattan Edit Workshop teams up with The Moving Pictures Collective to introduce the how and why of Apple’s new color correction application, Color. MEWShop Director of Education and Certified Color instructor Jamie Hitching says, “Color brings professional color correction to any Final Cut Studio user. Kudos to Apple for once again expanding the reach and lowering the barrier of entry for creative professionals.” In a full day hands-on master class, students explore the theory and practice of using color and image to complete their storytelling goals. This course delivers real-world color correction techniques, including scene-to-scene color matching and correcting for broadcast specifications.
